About A. Brent McPeek ESQ. P.A.

Brent has been practicing law in Sarasota, Charlotte, and Manatee counties for over 25 years. Originally a native of Southeastern Ohio, Mr. McPeek relocated to the beautiful West Coast of Florida in 1989. He is an alumnus of the University of South Florida. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

He is a longstanding member of the Florida and local Bar Associations and has served as president of the Venice-Englewood Bar Association. He is a former member of the Judicial Nomination Committee of the 12th Judicial Circuit. Attorney McPeek is a former State Prosecutor and supervising lead attorney for the Sarasota County State Attorney's Office, South County in Venice, Florida. This experience has given him a keen knowledge, understanding, and insight into the inner workings of the law.
